Service Description

Work and Pain Solutions will include; Face to face - initial 1.5 hrs consultation from a Pain Specialist Physiotherapist to gather baseline measures of your mental and physical capabilities. The in-depth assessment will help formulate the most individualised treatment plan for you. Over 5 sessions - 1 session per week, group setting (up to 8 people) per course. Each session you will learn a health module which will increase your knowledge about how to overcome the pain. Modules include pacing, body mechanics, pain science, moving and handling and how the body repairs. The course will teach you how to relax, the strategies include but not limited to self-pain relieving technique, manual therapy, acupuncture, cupping, mindfulness and breathing techniques. Physical conditioning elements will help improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness to significantly boost your body confidence and capabilities. We can help with travel, lunch and gym membership with people in financial difficulties.
